Serhat KİRAZ


He graduated from Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts in 1979.
Since his graduation Kiraz has participated in numerous
International Biennials, triennials and forward looking art events,
and today is among the leading figures in Turkey
in the fields of Conceptual and Installation Art .

 

Since the mid-1980s his interest has been in analysis centered
the phenomenon of reality. In the process,
Kiraz  generally uses an informative language of anthropological symbolism.
One might note that his work usually takes the form of indoor Installation.
